HOW HAPPY ARE CONTRACT STAFF IN NIGERIAN BANKS?
Many banks in Nigeria have resulted to outsourcing as a way of cutting cost through the use of cheap labour. How happy are these category of workers? Should the practice continue?
I beleive the practice of using cheap labour is great advantage to the banks that practice these acts. But looking at those being used, it could sound good at the begining but i tell you, most of them become dissatisfied after a while.

ReplyDeleteThese banks should be made to conver all their contract employees to confirmed staff and stop using their head.
